NetBackup Deduplication Guide  is your friend.

Here you will see that only a single LUN / Volume can be used for dedupe.

If you can merge the 2 luns at array and OS level without reformatting the partition (losing data), then you can follow the steps in the Dedupe Guide to recognize the increased volume size.

Look for Resizing the MSDP storage partition in above manual.

Is this an appliance?  What version?

Generally speaking you can resize the AD volume and then grow the MSDP volume.  Steps are documented in the Appliance admin guide.  You can't delete the AD volume entirely, minimum size is 1GB, if I recall correctly.  Once that's done, you can then resize the MSDP pool to consume the newly available storage.  You can do this from the CLISH at Manage > Storage or in the Web UI.

If this is a build your own server, this isn't that simple.  MSDP should only be built in specific configurations for maximizing performance.  See the NBU Admin guide and dedupe guide for more guidance on those rules.

Thanks for your reply.  It is not appliance, it is netbackup enterprise server Windows 2008 64 bit.

We are not using Advance disk anymore , hence wanted to convert it as Puredisk.
