how to do a restore for a Oracle database?

Hi there,

I need to do a Oracle database restore but I don't know how work. Can you help me.  (Master server - Windows 2003 64bit and NBU 6.5.4.)

it's quite difficult to describe in a few words such process. Above admin guides will allow you to familiarize with the process.

If the NetBackup for Oracle agent was used, the Oracle DBA should use RMAN to do the restore.

Normaly this task goes to the DBA and you will need one because you need the proper access to the Oracle environment, keep this in mind so you dont get stuck.
