how to do oracle data backup for NBU 7.7.3

Hi,

I used RMAN script database_restore.sh to do oracle data backup. But after I upgrade NetBackup client to 7.7.3, there is no database_restore.sh, which script should I use?

Can I use complete_database_restore.sh instead? Thanks!

There are several sample restore scripts in the NetBackup samples directory. Among them a sample script for point-in-time restore: pit_database_restore.sh 

The emphasis here is sample. 

Your dba should be able to customize one of the sample restore scripts or use rman commands from cmd to restore.
Most of our customers' dba's are not even using the sample scripts. 
They know what it is that they need to restore and use rman from cmd.
