how to maintain same storage units after DR catalog restored

hi,

I am planning to migrate netbackup enterprise 6.0MP5 on window 2003 32 bit OS from serverA to a serverB with new hardware. I will recover the entire catalog by using the catalog recovery wizard. I am quite confident with this procedure as I have been practicing very offen. I 'd like to know how to maintain same storage UNITs (totally 6) after successfully restored the DR catalog as the storage device SCSI hardware IDs are changed. 

 Please let me know how this can be achieved. thanks

Hi,

Storage unit configuration is kept in the EMM, you will however need to perform a device configuration to detects the new paths/device numbers etc. This is common practice when doing DR. Just run through the wizard. You can do a bpstulist before you migrate to get a list of the current setup.
