how to use command checkmark Perform Snapshot Backup

I use the java console create the ms-exhcange backup policy ,but can not select Perform Snapshot Backup, Error "Please select a valid snapshot method using snapshot client options" so how can i do ?? or any nbu command can checkmar the Perform Snapshot Backup and use VSS method?

Tell us more about your environment...What is your NBU version, Master/Media and client?

NBU VSERSION 7.7.3 It's Windows Master Server. any command can used to checkmark the Perform Snapshot Backup?

What is the Exchange version?
And client OS version and NBU version?

Please show us the rest of the Attributes screen, not only the error.
