I suspect that the question isn't really about DAG. This seems to me to be a "HA" question.
Anyway a Google search for:

...came up with:
Technical Comparison of Oracle Database 12c vs. Microsoft SQL Server 2012 - Focus on High Availability

So, we can assume that you are enquiring about and Oracle Cluster?
You need to find out from your Oracle DBA what kind of cluster this is - failover cluster (where there is one active and one passive node) or RAC (Real Application Cluster where Oracle is active on all nodes).
Failover is easy enough - you simply verify forward and reverse lookup between virtual hostname and master and media server, change Client Name in Policy to virtual hostname, and get Oracle dba to ensure that the backup script exist on both nodes in the same path (shared drive is best as only one copy of the script needs to be maintained).
Oracle dba to add virtual hostname in the script with NB_ORA_CLIENT variable.
See NBU for Oracle manual for details.
For Oracle RAC, you and your DBA need to read through the RAC appendix in the same manual, as there are different ways that RAC can be configured that requires different backup config.

yes but i didn't have to confer with our Exchange admin how to backup Exchange clusters (DAG) as it's documented in one of the TNs How to setup up Exchange 2010 DAG backups using NetBackup 7.0 Exchange DB agent.
. that's what i'm trying to figure out if for Oracle clusters there is an equivalent.

Unless you are a domain/Exchange Admin, you would need to work with Exchange Admin for at least Client Service logon on all DAG nodes.
Unless you are an Oracle dba, you need to work with Oracle dba.
The steps to configure Oracle RAC backups are documented in NBU for Oracle Admin Guide.
The section in the manual can also be found via TNs.
