Hi,
i'm trying to do a manual duplication of images from an old 5230 onto an Access appliance configured as a msdp pool. whenever i try to run the duplication from the 5230, it fails with the error
INF - Cannot obtain resources for this job : error [2107]
INF - Status = no images were successfully processed.
in the job details itself, it gives this line
Error nbjm (pid=9268) NBU status: 2107, EMM status: Requested media server does not have credentials or is not configured for the storage server
obviously pointing to a config error here, but how do i resolve this? do i need to add the 5230 in somewhere to be able to write to access appliance?
