media server is unable to fetch certification details from master server

Hi All, I am trying to install Netbackup 8.1 master server and media server

After installing master server, i tried to install media server however getting below error -

You seem to be using IP addresses instead of hostnames?

Please use hostnames after testing forward and reverse name lookup between the master and media server.

Confirm if the CA certificates was successfully depolyed on the master server. 

Windows: <install_path>\netbackup\bin\nbcertcmd -displayCACertDetail -server mymaster
UNIX: <install_path>/netbackup/bin/nbcertcmd -displayCACertDetail -server mymaster

if it was successfully deployed you will see successful message and fingerprint entries and status will be Trusted.
