More info please...
Is this Media Server Dedupe (MSDP) or Advanced disk?
Has this been working fine all along?
If so, what has changed? (Assuming NO changes have been made to this old, EOSL version of NetBackup...)
Have you checked the volumes at OS-level and confirmed that all is good and healthy?
Any errors in Event Viewer System and/or Application logs?

Status code 84 is too generic and the true root cause could be due one or more of many different external non-NetBackup aspects.
My advice is that you do some research, some reading, and some digging... and then when you have something more detailed come back.

We need to know which storage unit you are using is MSDP,OST or AdvancedDisk.
Check the basic communication from media server to storage server like is it pinging and is forward and reverse lookup working from media server to storage server.

Have you checked the volumes at OS-level and confirmed that all is good and healthy? ## verify in progress
Any errors in Event Viewer System and/or Application logs? ## no error

As per your screenshot - this is not AdvancedDisk.
It is Dell OST.
Please verify that all is well on your Dell Appliance and that comms between your master/media and the appliance is fine.
Check status from NBU perpective with nbdevquery (in NetBackup\bin\admincmd).
e.g.
nbdevquery -liststs -U
and
nbdevquery -listdp -U
