nbdeployutil in 8.1.2 runs for a LONG time - days!

8.0 nbdeployutil ran in less than an hour.

8.1.2 has been running since tuesday, and still going.

The new 8.1.1/8.1.2 nbdeployutil binary will do a lot of extra work when it comes to back-rev clients I'm told. To the point where yes, it can run for days.

Frankly, we got tired of all of the hand-holding and problems with the new implementation & run a copy of the v8.0 nbdeployutil binary to this day (works on v8.1.1 installs at least, untested yet under v8.2).
