needed number of licenses

My customer have 30 client licenses and are planning to add 2 more clients in March next year so we require 32 client licenses in total.

As for the drives, all our drives on both systems were attached to tape libraries till about July/August this year but now are free standing tape drives. So we do not require the "VRTS NETBACKUP OPTION LIBRARY
BASED TAPE DRIVE" licenses (as they appear on the pdf's) My question is do we need to buy another form of license for free standing drives or is this covered by the server license?

"...There is no charge for stand-alone, non-robotic tape drives directly attached to a NetBackup Master/Media Server or NetBackup Server..."
