Eject tapes from TLD(1):
Select media, right-click, eject.
This will physically eject tapes and also logically move tapes to Standalone (non-robotic)

Insert tapes in MAP/CAP of other robot (TLD(2))
Inventory TLD(2), and select Update with 'Empty MAP' selected.
This will update physical and logical (NBU) location.

Important part is the media that was in TLD(1) must first be moved to Standalone, then move to new robot and volume group.

1) How to identify howmany robots are configured under one tape library?

2) for example I have two robots like tld(0), tld(1). in tld(0) there is no scratch tapes and remaing tapes are all full under netbackup volume pool and tld(1) having scratch tapes. at the time can I move the scratch tapes from tld(1) to tld(0) ?

So... you asked the exact same question in your new post??

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/robot-and-library

I have answered these questions in that post.

The steps are exactly the same - no matter if the robots are partitions in the same library or physically separate robots.

I have listed the exact steps in my post of 3 days ago... Not sure which part is unclear?
