netbackup NDMP restore not showing data on BAR TAB

Hi All,

We have NDMP backupson netbnackup 7.6.1 version, backups running fine,but while restore  NDMP restore files are empty no data being displayed on BAR windows, but whne i brose the backup files in timwbar its visible , but not availble to restore on BAR windows empty ,   below screenshot

any update or work around for this issue

Hi @Vedamurthy_G 

You don't show the top of the BAR window where the source & destination host and policy type are set, as well as the timeframe to search. Some thing to check:

• Are you selecting the policy type to be NDMP?
• Do you have the correct source (& destination) host?
• Is the timeframe you are searching adequate?

Hi, Yes all parameters selected properly and restore tab working well for other backups ex : FS and Linux.  issue is only with NDMP backup and i could see data when i click on time frame after selecting time frame not being displaced on the restore display to select any files , here is the screenshot,    data visible in backend but not displayed on screen ?
