No, there is not. Instead, how about using the Java Admin console?

The admin console is either allowed access to the master server through the bp.conf entry of SERVER = $SERVERNAME on UNIX master servers or through the registery entries in windows master servers.It will give you a nbig headache if anyone other than the person responsible for maintainiong NetBackup uses it.
The java interface is somewhat controllable through the auth.conf file which is explained in the netbackup sysadmin manuals.
Investigate Netbackup Operations Manager (NOM) for a friendly nonintrusive web based interface for non NetBackup admins.

Yes i have used the auth feature on unix to revoke access to users
But in windows do we have any feature like that , i have read a lot of NOM which controls its access via webconsole ...
Which are the regisrty parameters i need to modify to control access in windows
