It seem you were using a temporary licence key and the duration of it has expired. If you have obtained new licence keys you can add them. The below technote tells how to view and add licence keys.

Hi,

    I have checked with the license keys.It has date uoto this year end. The media manager services are not running. I have added (shared storage and tape library license with media servers) and (netbackup enterprices server,shared storage ,tape library and netbackup client licenses with master server)

   I have removed all the licenses in the below steps

netbackup enterprice server
shared storage
tape library
netbackup client.

But still I am having a licence there with the below error

file version    = 0x05000000
  time added      = 0x4b06640e Fri Nov 20 04:40:30 2009
  hostname        = SS73VPBK02
  product ID      = 6 NetBackup Enterprise Server
  serial number   = 0
  key version     = 0x05000000
  count           = 0
  server platform = 0 Any platform
  client platform = 0 Any platform
  server tier     = 10 NetBackup Enterprise Server
  client tier     = 0 No tier
  license type    = 0 Time limited demonstration
  Site ID         = 4095 Unknown site: 4095
  Expiration      = Expired Wed Jan 20 00:00:00 2010
  Firm Expiration = Expired Sun Jan 31 00:00:00 2010

 But this license is not there in my licenes list. Do you know what for this?
