Use a web browser and type in the IP of the data domain. This will display the enterprise manager GUI
See:
https://www.emc.com/collateral/software/data-sheet/h6801-datadomain-enterprise-manager-ds.pdf
You can also go use the Netbackup GUI -> Media and Device Management -> Devices - Disk Pools
2: If configured correctly none are needed.
EMC has released a Data Domain OST best pratice document - Consider to read it:

To get your available space try the filesys command
sysadmin@dd620> help filesys
filesys -manage and display disk information
DESCRIPTION
The filesys command allows you to display statistics, capacity, status, and utilization of the Data Domain system file system. The command also allows you to clear the statistics file and to start and stop the file system processes. The clean operation of the filesys command reclaims physical storage within the Data Domain system file system.
Really you will want to obtain the EMC Data Domain Operating SystemCommand Reference Guide from their site

nr - we can't type the commands for you.
You need to look at the information we provided to you and take it from here. Yes - that will require some hours of reading. We did the same and that's why we are able to respond to question in this forum.
Just repeating the same question again will not help at all.
