Job State is Active

Kilobytes column shows no numbers.. in NBU 7.5.x what does it mean when this column has no numbers for some time although the above two columns seems to suggest the backup job is doing something?

Hi Rino19ny,

the status of the job shows that the Job is doing something. The Kilobytes can take some time to Update when the jobs stays already on Writing.

What for Backups you are doing and do you see issues where this column never contains numbers ?

Can you upload a screen shot ?

Also, Check to see if the trylogs file for the job ID is missing.  Insert the job ID that is missing details into the following command.  The following example shows the trylogs file for job 1234 no longer exists.
# cd /usr/openv/netbackup/db/jobs/trylogs
# ls 1234.t
