 My problem is resolved. i tried so many work around and finally i got successfull. The work around which i have followed are below
  1. http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/261393.htm   (not successful)
  2. i even verified the DNS and host file as well.   (not successful)
  3. i also followed the error 2 document  "ftp://exftpp.symantec.com/pub/support/products/NetBackup_Enterprise_Server/276903.pdf"   (not successful)
  4. Reinstalled the Netbackup client    (successful)

Note:- Actually i changed the name of PC then i faced this problem.
