Hi all,

I have a problem with a vm on Vmware that give me error status code 2 (none of the requested files were backuped up (2).

Can someone gibve me answers to solve this error.

the vm is a supplier appliance and I dont know which application is turning on (sql, db etc...).

@lakdarplease provide more details for the community to be able to better help you. At least, details of the backup policy that you are using and the "detailed status" text from the failed job will be helpful.

Also, does the virtual appliance have VMware tools installed already?
