Both Netbackup & Networker provide the media manger layer in the from of the OS library libobk.???
Check Networker libobk isn't located somewhere in the file system.

It is because Oracle RMAN is still linked to Networker media manger. Netbackup prodvide it own media manger layer for use with Oracle.
Instruction on how to configure Netbackup media manger layer is documented in the Netbackup Oracle manual page 39 and forward.

Check that libobk under the oracle lib is a symbolic link to the correct libobk under netbackup/bin
It can be changed on the fly as long as there is no backups running against the client

hi, we checked the oracle_link state and it seems to be successfully linked. and we remove the networker link but still same error continue.

Have you checked the oracle rman script?
It is possible that Networker libobk and/or server name is hard-coded in the script.
It may also be necessary to restart Oracle.
We have seen at one customer where Oracle client was moved from one NBU master to another master.
Oracle backups still tried to connect to old master, although we have checked every single NBU setting as well as the script.
Seems the old server was somehow/somewhere stuck in Oracle. Only when Oracle was restarted did the backup connect to new master.

oracle_link, do you mean the script supplied with netbackup or the actual symbolic link under the oracle lib or lib64 folder ?
What does ls -l of the libobk files under the lib or lib64 folder show ?
