performing duplication using catalog

hi,

i want to duplicate from selecting backup id from catalog n perform the duplicate operation .

getting the below error

Hi Ishita, apologies, but I don't understand this "i want to duplicate from selecting backup id from catalog n perform the duplicate operation" - would you be able to explain with a longer paragraph?

Can you tell us what make and models the devices are behind the source and target storage units?  They may be incompatible for some reason.
