Hello,

We have dell powervolte 4000 with net backup to save.

One of the drives was broken but the second work, when we tried to replace the broken drive the booth of them stopped working.

Question: “is there a way to do an inventory for drive or another solution to install the drives”.

When a tape drive is replaced, the Veritas NetBackup (tmp) configuration will need to be updated to reflect the changed drive...

Your storage unit is set as type hcart - make sure your drives are also hcart and so are the tapes.

At the moment 96 is due to no tapes being available - this is possibly due to a mismatch in the "type" between the storage unit, drives and/or tapes. OR it could simply be you have no tapes available.
