restoring Backup Exec 2014 tape to Netbackup 7.5

Hi all,

We are going to move from Backup Exec 2014 to Netbackup 7.5. Can we restore data from a Backup Exec 2014 tape in Netbackup 7.5 directly? Or there is something need to be done manualy?

Unfortunately that combination of versions is not supported: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH125836.html

You will either have to keep a BE server and tape drive for restores, or else restore all BE tapes to temp destination and backup with NBU.
