save virtual machine

The configuration is netbackup7.5 and Vcenter  entreprise 5.1 and we use dell power vault robot to do saves.

The problem is when we start save of the virtual machine in the Vcenter the EMM data base go down below is the copy screen of the message display.

How can we fix that problem.

Three questions,

1. Are you using 7.5.0.7?
2. Have you checked if the EMM is really down? (running nbemmcmd -listhosts from Master CLI)
3. Are you starting the NetBackup Administration console by doing "Run as administrator"

When you see this error, please open cmd with Run As Administrator, cd to ..\netbackup\bin and run
bpps

Show us output of command (copy text and paste here).

Please also check space on the filesystem/drive letter where NBU is installed.
NBU will shutdown EMM if disk is getting full.
EMM shutdown will prevent database corruption.
