Hi All,

I am running Netbackup 7.7.2 on windows environment. We config the policy to backup VMs.

Policy 1 :

- Backup 2 disk, 16 VMs inside

Policy 2 :

- Backup 2 tape, 4 VMs inside

And create global policy only 4 VMs running in one time

My problem is, on policy 2. only 1 VM failed to backup with differential-incremental, but with Full backup always successfull.

In the log file,

04/04/2016 04:19:04   XXXX   XXXX   Error      698      Backup    backup  of client XXXX exited with status 13 (file read failed)

kindly advise how it got resovled. Thank you
