status: 96, EMM status: No media is available with Symantec 7.6.0.1

Hi,

NetBackup was running perfeclty and suddenly it started to generate the error "NBU status: 96, EMM status: No media is available   
unable to allocate new media for backup, storage unit has none available(96)". Some of the backups are running without any problem, while some other are persistently generating this error. Scratch pool has many available medias with robot type (TLD)  and tapes aren't showing any expiry date. I ran available_media  and I can see many available tapes as follows. Any help or recommendations will be highly appreciated!!

How many robots you have in your master server?

does all tape Drives/storage units/tapes are configured with HCART  as density?

Have you checked for hardware expiration as well? nbemmcmd -listmedia -mediaid 1295L4
