how to stop retry failed job automatically in netbackup 9.1. Duplication Backup failed job retry frequently. i want to start failed job manually not automatically.

Hi @reza_karim
If the job is part of an SLP, that is the nature of the beast - the duplication job will retry until it suceeds or is canceled. I do not believe this can be changed.
I would suggest you should try to resolve the issue causing the duplication to fail than try to change the way SLP behaves

Yes most certainly - look at this article for details, but the simplest way is to use the command:
"nbstlutil cancel -backup <backupid>"
You should be able to obtain the backupid from one of the failed duplication jobs.

Strictly speaking a bit OT. But look into SLP windows. SLP windows define when SLP operation are allowed. This will at least confine the beast into e.g. day or night operations. But as already mentioned, sort out why some SLP operations fails.
