You need to troubleshoot on the client.
We see 'signal 11' OS error (Segmentation Fault).
Maybe start with /var/log/messages.

Ensure that bpbkar log folder exists on the client for NBU-level troubleshooting.

if backup stops at the same number of files/directories, I recommend to enable the bpbkar path debugging, to see what file/directory who causes signal 11
