This server has been instaled using a MS ISO "edited" by NLITE or any other 3rd Software??


I'm having a similar problem w/ my TS servers, I have installed it using a ISO that I put the SCSI controler drivers. Netbackup can't get nothing throw the VSS and stuff.

Try updating Windows.

Could U send us some Logs??

I think you have check the "Collect disaster recover information for Bare Metal Restore" in the policy configuration  without having a BMR server.

Uncheck the option but make sure both "Collect true image restore information" & "with move detection" are selected.

Details:
First, verify the Windows firewall is preventing access to the client server NetBackup processes. If possible, (as a test) temporarily disable the MS firewall and then try to connect to the client server using the master server host properties.  To disable the MS firewall, bring up the client services by right clicking on "My Computer" and then "Manage". Then, go to the Windows firewall service.
