1. I am using tld library, in that library 3 tape drives are showing down like miss path.. How i can make up those drives ?

Please always mention or select the OS of the NBU server where you are having an issue.
You have selected Windows XP? NBU server is not supported on XP. So, please tell us the OS where Missing Path is seen.
Are your tape drives SAN attached?
If so, please check if Persistent Binding is in place - use the tool/GUI for HBA in the server (e.g. SANsurfer for QLogic.)

missing path, indicates that the paths congifured in Netbackup is not aviable in OS
please compare the drive paths in tpconfig -d and scan command output, drive path in the tpconfig -d should match with the scan command output
if you need furhter assistant to compare those..
post the output of below commands
tpconfig -d
scan
tpautoconf -t
