Status 59 is quite simple :
access to the client was not allowed
The master or the media server tries to access the client, but the client does not recognize the server as a valid server.
The client needs to resolve the server's IP address to a hostname that appears in the client's Server list.
If the server and client cannot ping one another, you have a networking issue. Talk you your network admins.
Nothing we can do from NBU if you have basic networking issues.
If you have a firewall in place, check with network/firewall admins if ping is disabled.
