for troubleshooting this issus  "the host solaris does not have netbackup host ip -based and hostname-based security certificates"

-under the file bp.conf change the state of  USE_VXSS = PROHIBITED to AUTOMATIC

root@solaris:~# cat /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf
SERVER = solaris
CLIENT_NAME = solaris
CONNECT_OPTIONS = localhost 1 0 2
USE_VXSS = AUTOMATIC
VXSS_SERVICE_TYPE = INTEGRITYANDCONFIDENTIALITY
HOST_CACHE_TTL = 3600

LOCKED_FILE_ACTION = SKIP
VERBOSE = 5
TELEMETRY_UPLOAD = YES
WEBSVC_GROUP = nbwebgrp
WEBSVC_USER = nbwebsvc
BYPASS_NETWORKING_TESTS = TRUE
' LOCKED_FILE_ACTION = SKIP '

- restart all services in netbackup #/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bp.start_all (solaris,unix)
