Hi All,

I am again facing some new issue with tpconfig command for registering credentails on storage server.

I am using AIX6.1 with NBU7.1.

Here are the steps which I performed,

1) create storage server on NBU master server

-bash-4.0# /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbdevconfig -creatests -storage_server mini-006 -stype NEC_HYDRA -st 9 -media_server hydra140
Storage server mini-006 has been successfully created

2) Register credentials on stoarage server just created ( I alreday created user on storage server earlier )

-bash-4.0# /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpconfig -add -storage_server mini-006 -sts_user_id test -password test -stype NEC_HYDRA
Illegal instruction (core dumped)

-bash-4.0# echo $?
132

List of all Netbackup processes running at the moment were,

-bash-4.0# /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpps -a

Illegal instruction means the kernel killed the program because it did somthing the kernel did not allow.
