Any troubleshooting article which give me the information about backup failure with cause and solution?

From a Netbackup master server, open a command prompt and type bperror -S {status-code}. That will provide the same information as in the reference guide.

though the netbackup end with the same status code the reason behind might be different depends on the enviornment and the server behiver..

the above tech note will giveyou the generic info about the errors

having the better understaind on the enviornment will help you most while fixing the issues.
