Hi, I'm not able to backup my Exchange 2007 public folder (brick-level), have been trying for weeks and really need some help.
Here is my environment:
- NetBackup version 6.5.4.
- Exchange 2007 (CCR) with SP2, running on Windows 2008 x64.
- Master server: NetBackup 6.5.4, running on Windows 2003 Ent with SP2.
Everything else is working OK...
- Backup IS files: OK
- Backup mailbox (brick-level): OK
The status message I get is as follow...
9/10/2009 12:05:35 PM - requesting resource MasterBkupSgp01-Disk-StorageUnit

I have checked all necessary permission and all seems to be in place.
When I run the BAR on my Exchange server (logon as NBU client service account), I can 'emulate' all the mailboxes, BUT I'm also not able to 'emulate' the public folder.
Can anyone provide some insight to this issue I'm facing?
Thank you!!
