upgrade netbackup client AIX from 6.5 to 7.5

kindly,could any one provide me with direct steps to upgrade netbackup client AIX from 6.5 to 7.5. the environment contain 10 servers :master server with windows 2008 R2 ,also media server windows platform, 7 AIX clients and 1solar. client. Ihave experience to upgrade the master and media but not familiar with upgrade AIX clients.

The 7.1 installation media (dvd) is exactly the same as the download.

The downloads have some additional steps - there is a .txt file that should downloaded along with the NBU Clients files. This .txt file tells you how to join these files and how to extract the install media with gtar (not OS tar).

i dont have problem with media.we already purchased the 7.5 media and contain also latest update7.5.0.3.. but im looking for steps to update the AIX clients

Simply mount the dvd and run 'install'. No need to remove existing version first.

Commands to mount dvd on each supported Unix OS as well as installation and upgrade steps are listed in  NBU Installation Guide for UNIX and Linux .

After that. update to 7.5.0.3.
