vCenter plugin

I have problem with vCenter plugin. On some worksation on vSphere client plugin is disabled with error (
The following error occured while downloading the script plugin from https://SYMvcPlugin:9445/config.jsp:
The request failed due to an SSL error. (The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.)) and cannot be enabled.

On vCneter server (via vSphere client) plugin works and it's enabled.

 Network betwen workstation and plugin server thru 9445 port is working fine.

Any idea?

Symptoms

• The vSphere Client or vSphere Web Client fails to connect to vCenter Server.
• You see the error:
  
  vSphere Client could not connect to vCenter_Server_Name. An unknown connection error occurred. (The request failed due to an SSL error. (The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.))
  
  
• In the vpxd.log file, you see entries similar to:
  
  warning 'Libs'] SSLSystemVerifyDERCert: Failed to create a Win32 certificate context for the peer sertificate. LastError = -2146885630

vSphere Client can connect to vCenter Server, but Netbackup plugin does not work (can't be lodaded or enabled)

Were you able to gather the vpxd.log and take a look for the errors

The Netbackup plugin communication works through Vmware method.. Please check this article

This is probably some certificate issue
