Hello All,
After upgrading from NB7.0 to NB7.0.1 NBvault manager is not starting .Do I need any license?

Correct - Vault is a licensed option (unless you have Capacity based license which incudes all agents and options).

After the upgrade,while starting the NB administration console,we are getting a warning window with options to continue,cancel and repair.
The message is as follows:-NB determined that the services NB vault manager is not running....
Any help to overcome these messages?

Could be this file has corrupted. Check this technote: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH55088
Also check if bprd is running properly.

Hi,
Did you ever fix this issue. When replying to your post I didn't fully understand the issue. I now do. I upgraded a site yesterday where Vault is not configured, and therefore shouldn't be running. There must be a list of service that are verified at GUI startup but I can't find it.
Any feedback?

Seems 'weird and not-so-wonderful' things happen when upgrading Windows Master to 7.0.1...

Possibly ALL related to this bug?
(ET2110878) Licensed features (such as Vault and BMR Management) are not available in the Windows Admin console after upgrade to 7.0.1, or options that are *not* licensed are appearing.
