hello support,

 

i am new for netbackup . how to check the communication between master , media and client servers in cli and gui.

The error is from the client, 5 lines above the first line you highlighted in red:

Look at the log in NetBackup\logs\tar on the client to find the error. Because this is SQL Server, check for a dbclient log, too. If you don't have tar and dbclient folders, create them and run the test again. I recommend turning up logging on the client. You do this in the NetBackup console under host properties. There are two logging settings for Windows clients. Set the one under Logging to 5 and the one under Windows client properties to 2.
