vmware backups status code 13

Hello All

Vmware  backups continuously get the error 13, before getting status code 156 . Also ndmp backups getting status code 13

What can I do for this issue

Looks like bpfis is crashing when creating your snapshot.  What version of NetBackup are you using?  Going to 7.1.0.2 or higher should address all known bpfis crashing issues.

I am using nbu 7.0.1 on windows 2008 R2 media server

Probably need to upgrade - 7.1.0.3 if possible

As the same happens to ndmp backups make sure your firewall is not on as vSphere and NDMP backups need different ports open for data transfer

More info as requested earlier would help
