vmware virtual machine backup fail

Hi, 

I try to backup vmware virutal machine. It always shows failed.

But actually, I just put 8 new tape into volume pool. Any idea for that?

The media has ANSI labels. It seems all of them got frozen. NBU will not by default overwrite foreign labels as it may contain data from other backup products. You will need to allow media overwrite in Host Properties - > Media server -> Media and then unfreeze all frozen media.

Just to clarify - when Marianne say label she mean magnetic label - not the barcode label

It works after unfreeze all frozen media. But it still fails.
