windows backup partially successful

Windows backup is completing with partial successful. Please suggest how to getrid off this partial successful

The archive bit issues will not cause the status of 1, so it is just the Anon11 account causing it

It may be that the use is being used as a service account and so even VSS cannot get a lock on the files - but as it says the file cannot be found it is more likely that the user is referenced in the registry and when VSS does its Shadow Copy Component query these files are referenced but when the back runs it cannot find them

See if they do exist and if not search for them in the registry and remove the references from the registry - this should get rid of the error next time the job runs

You may even add 
NTUSER.DAT
UsrClass.dat 

to client's Exclude List. 

There is normally no need to backup or restore these files.
