Thanks for this good explanation.
The freeze of network connections is something we have seen previously in a forum post. Not sure if it was resolved.
Let me see if I can find it.....

Virtual Machines going out of network during snapshot backup
Please see if anything in the Solution helps.

Backup Host (Ex: One of the Exchange 2010 Mailbox Server Netbackup Client 7.6.0.3)
Why use Exch server as backup host?
Why not use NBU master or media server as backup host?
What is OS on NBU master and/or media server?

There is a misunderstanding NETBACUP Master server is the backup host.Exchange Server is not backup host but one of the problematic clients.
Netbackup Master Server OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 fully updated.

Please tell us more about this:
..... but sometime not removed snapshot or removed but vmware host lost timeout.
If English is a problem, you can try to explain in your home language. We will use Google Translate to get the English.
Give us as much background and information as possible.
Have you checked VMware/ESX logs?
Have you confirmed that the NBU user name added in Credentials has permission to remove snapshots?

NBU user have necessary permissions on ESX servers. NBU creates snapshots on Exchange Mailbox Servers, it removes the snapshots succesfully also. But at the last minutes of snapshot removal process on ESX Host, virtual client freezes and all network connections from/to client are gone for a period of 3-10 minutes. This causes (in our case Mailbox Servers Of Exchange 2010 DAG Setup) mailbox Databases to move from one server to another, and is a major problem DAG enviroment.
Can I explained the situation more clearly this time?
Do you need the ESX Logs for VCENTER and Mailbox Server?

Are your all VMware backups triggered at same time ?
How many VM backups are scheduled to run at that point of time ?
Are there any snapshots running on the storage end at that point of time?

Disabling Virtual Machine Quiesce might help with the snapshot removal.
