Do you know why this training links is not working?

Hi, I'm trying to get the ASC-099 Archiving and Ediscovery certification, I'm trying to get access to this link at the learning university Authorized Symantec Consultant (ASC) Examination Review & Preparation Webcast (Americas/EMEA) and the link is:

but always get a connection error.

The link worked for me... took me to the Learning Management Center and I was able to start the module using my partner account.  without seeing the error, it's hard to understand what may be causing the problem for you on your end.

Are you trying to connect to the link directly or are you navigating to the link via PartnerNet?  What level of partner do you work for (registered, silver, gold, platinum)?  It sounds like an access priviledge issue to me.

Had the same issue with the ACS Certification Prep for DLP.  AND...had a Symantec employee tell me that they could access it just fine. But after I asked them to try it from outside of the Symantec network, they indeed had the same problem.  Sounds like the same problem.

At this time I'm working as a consultant for a Symantec Partner in Colombia; We are clasified are register partner maybe thats why this is not working.

Answering your question I'm trying to reach this trainig course inside de partnernet not directly; and  try using two diferent web browsers IE and Chrome.
