Automated Synchronization of Lab Computers

I know how to manually build and deploy an image using Ghost to a lab of computers but I want to remove the manual part. I want to dedicate 1 computer as a "Master". Subordinate computers can poll the Master at set intervals and determine how to "synchronize" themselves to it, minus the obvious name, Ip, etc issues. Best case would not involve a full image pull, but only the items out of sync. Update the Master and the subordinates will follow next time they poll it.

Can a Symantec product do this? If not is there a reasonably priced product that can?
