I see from your porofile that are you in Poland; is that accurate?

At this time SPN is open only to users in North America so that could be the issue. Either way, you should not receive an error like that, so I'll ask someone to follow up with you if you don't mind.

unfortunately, SPN is only open to Canada and North America so that might be causing an error in the processing. If you go through the registration section and that fails then it is because because of the limitations and security imposed on the site because of international laws.

I'm using IE7 but I can confirm that the issue is that I'm outside US/Canada.
