Issues with Windows Server 2003 Backup

I've installed the Protection Agent on a Windows Server 2003 server of ours but can not get the "Online Backup" to go to "Active" status.  The "Symantec Protection Network" Status displays as Active, but not the backup.

Port 80 and 443 are open. 
*.spn.com has been added to the trusted sites zone.
 
Is there something else I'm missing?

Uninstalling and reinstalling and configuring the agent seemed to do the trick.

I'm sorry to hear you had issues on the initial installation. It sounds like you took the exact right steps to open up the communications ports, etc. which is great.

If you have issues on any additional computers you install to, please let us know by contacting customer support (either via free telephone, email, or the ticket submission system in the portal).
