Account Management...

Does anyone know how to change a role in the SPN partner portal? I need to be changed to a Partner Administrator but I cannot figure out how to do it.

Sorry for not responding to you sooner. After logging in to your partner portal account at partner.spn.com you would select My Company in the top right corner. Then click the tab labeled Partner Users. From there an administrator can edit the role of any other users by selecting edit in the Action column. Please let us know if this addresses your question.
