Is there a book, PDF, or manual for in depth report design online or at the Symantec site?   I've been looking around, but may have just missed it.

Do you have the database schema? This is really about all you need as it shows all the tables and how they connect.

I don't believe there are advanced docs.

You can write SQL things yourself, I am in the process of increasing my knowledge in this part right now.

In the mean time, I have resorted to having data exported to formats I can work with from perl to make web pages in order to display my data as the customer needs it. I don't have the time to get them all done, but have made a start with it. For instance there are no simple reports that just show red for failed or green for success on a file system that the customer is interested in. The rolling 8 day reports will not list in a readable format when there are tons of file systems being reported out.
