Hi all.
Does anyone have a good KPI report?
I'm looking for something like this..
Client | Job Type | Backup Object | Client Status | Days For Backup Calculation | Days Backup Successful | Success Rate (%) |
Fileserver01 | MS-Windows | WIN_FS | Existing Object (Backed up for over a month) | 28.0 | 28.0 | 100.00 |
Fileserver02 | MS-Windows | WIN_FS | Existing Object (Backed up for over a month) | 28.0 | 27.0 | 96.43 |
db2prod | Standard | UNIX_FS | New Object (Backed up for less than a month) | 24.0 | 24.0 | 100.00 |
oracleprod55 | Oracle | UNIX_FS_ORACLE | New Object (Backed up for less than a month) | 24.0 | 24.0 | 100.00 |
Fileserver05 | MS-Windows | WIN_FS | Retired Object (Object removed from backup previous month) | 0.0 | 0.0 | 0.0 |
- | - | - | Totals for February: | - | - | 99.10 |

That kind of report will be very complex with a lot of joins and conditions, I've tried to write a query but it dies on timeout.
Joining image and job tables with group by cause is extemely heavy, those are two biggest tables in OpsCenter.
For KPI calculations we use Excel pivots and custom job report data.
You may find one of custom job report examples in next thread
